Once you click on a link, the form will appear on your computer screen. Before printing it, you may need to increase or decrease the magnification setting for the optimal view of each form. This option is located on your tool bar directly above the form. To make the form appear larger, click the plus sign ( + ) To make it smaller, click the minus sign ( - )
